Becoming a B'nai Mitzvah at BJBE
|
Thinking about your child's B'nai Mitzvah? We'd love to be part of that journey.
At BJBE, B'nai Mitzvah is not a standalone event — it's the culmination of years of Jewish learning, community, and personal growth. Families who join our congregation gain access to a warm, supportive community and a clear, meaningful path that begins as early as fourth grade through our Jewish Learning Center (JLC) program. Through JLC, students build the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to stand at the bimah and lead: chanting from the Torah, guiding portions of the Shabbat morning service, and delivering a D'var Torah that is entirely their own. Along the way, they grow not just as students, but as young Jewish adults. |
Membership at BJBE means your family won't navigate this milestone alone. Our clergy, educators, and community are here to support you and your child every step of the way — from the first day of religious school to the moment they are called to the Torah.
