Join Rabbi Kedar and a delegation of BJBE congregants for three days of reinforcing the support and connection between the United States and Israel at the American Israel Public Affairs Committee Annual Conference. Over 13,000 people are expected to be at the conference. We will hear from leading American and Israeli officials as well as from many experts in international relations. ARZA: The Association of Reform Zionists of America

StandWithUs is an international, non-profit, Israel education organization, dedicated to educating people of all ages about Israel and combating anti-Semitism and extremism. Through printed materials, speakers, programs, conferences, missions to Israel, campaigns, social media, and educational films, they ensure that the story of Israel’s achievements and ongoing challenges are told in middle schools, high schools, college campuses, and in communities around the world. The StandWithUs Campus Champions Gala will be held at BJBE on Sunday, November 4, 2018, 5:00 p.m.
Shabbat Services on Friday, April 5 will feature a sermon given by Klaas Mokgomole and Mmamalema Molepo, two young South African leaders who will share their insights on student activism in Suth Africa and their experiences in Israel and the West Bank. Women of the Wall
Women of the Wall is a group of Jewish women from Israel and around the world who strive to achieve the right to wear prayer shawls, pray, and read from the Torah at the Western Wall (Kotel) in Jerusalem. The Western Wall is Judaism’s most sacred holy site, and Women of the Wall work to make it a place where women can pray freely.
