It is time to register for the 2012-2013 Religious and Hebrew School year. There are three forms that will need to be completed, the Registration Form, the Student Profile and the Emergency Medical Sheet. Below you will find information that will help you in completing the registration forms:

1. Please fill out every section – your information from one year to the next might have changed.
2. Please circle your choice for Hebrew School – either Tuesday or Thursday.
3. Under Hebrew Grade, our students’ grades correlate as follows:
   • 3rd – Aleph
   • 4th – Bet
   • 5th – Gimmel
   • 6th – Dalet
4. Sunday Religious school is Junior Kindergarten (ages 3 & 4) through 12th grade. Junior Kindergarten through 5th grade meets from 9:30 a.m. till 12:00 p.m. at Caruso Middle School. Sixth & seventh grade meet from 9:15 a.m. to 11:45 a.m at BJBE. Eighth grade through 12th grade meets from 12:00 p.m. through 1:30 p.m. at BJBE.

The Student Profile and Emergency Medical Release and Information need to be completed each year.

Please submt the forms ASAP. Students whose forms are received after June 15, may not be placed in the Hebrew School day that you have chosen.

Class placement information will be sent to you in late August.

The Finance Committee Policy states that eligibility to register is based on complete payment of your financial obligations for the fiscal year 2011-2012. In addition, your child cannot be admitted to class until 25% of the annual Congregational financial obligation for 2012-2013 has been paid, or suitable arrangements have been made with Arlene Mayzel, our Operations Director.
