Study, Supper & Stoller
“Judaism and Sports”
We will look at the relationship between sports and Jewish identity, and how this relationship has evolved over time. We'll consider Jewish attitudes toward sports from the ancient period to the modern world. The class will involve watching a couple of documentaries as well, including one on Jews and basketball.
